The Teals Suspension Drift Knuckles Extended Kit comes with all the necessary components to easily get massive amounts of angle.

You can get a ton of angle and will be limited only by the size and offset of your wheels. If you do run into rubbing issues, you would basically need to cut/tub the front of your wheel wells and/or get extended lower ball joints, which you will be getting with this kit. The lower ball joints are extended 25mm to move the wheel out just the right amount without ruining the geometry of the FC's suspension.

  • This kit includes brand new extended lower ball joints, longer inner tie rods, and S13 outer tie rod ends, making it a complete bolt on solution.

We have been working and developing these knuckles for over a year and finally have something we know will perform, providing great steering angle for backwards entries and with basically zero binding on the outer tie rod end. We also eliminate bump-steer, making the steering feel buttery smooth without kick-back on the steering wheel. And with as close to a 0 Ackerman Angle, you are able to keep speeds up and stand on the throttle through the corners.

Due to the ideal geometry we are going for, either Nissan 240SX S13 Outer Tie Rod Ends or Spherical Tie Rod Ends [Mazdatrix, SPL, Super Now, but not Megan Racing due to larger dimension] MUST be used, and are included in this kit(removal of the rubber dust boot is recommended, you will also want to wipe any residual grease to keep dirt from sticking to the bearing surface)

Using OEM S13 Tie Rods will also save you money, as most RX-7 knuckles out on the market require that you buy Bump-Steer Adjustable Spherical Tie Rod Ends which oftentimes add over $100 to your installation costs. Although you still have the option of running Mazdatrix or SPL PRO Suspension S13 Tie Rod Ends.

*Note: The inner tie rods will ONLY FIT  power steering racks, not for use on manual racks. If you are using single piston front brake calipers(i.e. 4-lug hubs) let us know, as the ABS sensor bracket does get in the way and would have to be modified to work. Also, the extended lower ball joints are made to bolt on to S4 RX-7 lower control arms, feel free to message us if you have any questions on this.
